Renato Miani Die Worte des Engels

Renato Miani, geboren 1965 in Udine (Italien), studierte Komposition bei Daniele Zanettovich am dortigen Konservatorium; danach besuchte er Kurse bei Fabio Nieder in Triest und bei Wolfgang Rihm in Salzburg. Miani lehrt als Dozent für Komposition am Konservatorium in Udine. Seine Kompositionen wurden bei Kompositionswettbewerben mehrfach ausgezeichnet, so in Fribourg (1987), Tolosa (1990 und 1992), Amsterdam (1991), Perugia (1991), Rom (1992), Wien (1996 und 1997), Brescia (1999), Pescara (2000) und Arezzo (2012) und aufgeführt wurden sie bei den Festivals in Amsterdam, Beograd, Fribourg, Venedig, Salzburg und Wien.
