Today the works of the Lithuanian composer, Vytautas Miskinis, have an established place among the repertoire of many choirs. It is the exciting combination of atmospheric tone painting and, in part, abrupt rhythms which make his music so fascinating. The Cantate Domino is catchy, sometimes groovy and very melodious – and gives the performers as well as the audience great pleasure!
