Many recordings on the Carus label are closely linked with our music editions. One example is the sacred choral works of Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, an epoch-making and multi prize-winning complete recording which uses the new Carus Urtext editions. Other important recordings are the CDs of music by Dresden composers, the Rheinberger series, the Handel recordings, and the complete recording of all the works of Heinrich Schütz currently in progress.
