CDs with Musik from the Frauenkirche Dresden
For the reopening of the Frauenkirche Dresden in 2005, a special CD series ‘Musik aus der Frauenkirche Dresden’ was launched. The aim is to capture in recordings outstanding musical events which take place in this unique space, with its fascinating acoustic. Sacred music, especially from historic Dresden sources, plays a prominent role here, performed by renowned ensembles.
