| 1986Anna Korsun is a composer, sound artist and performer. Composition studies followed by a master class led the artist, born in 1986 in the Ukraine, to Kiev and Munich. Her compositions are located at the intersection of composition, performance and sound art. Korsun writes works for solo instruments, ensembles and orchestra as well as for the human voice, electronics and sound objects. She also collaborates on projects in theater, choreography, video art, and literature. Korsun is a recipient of the Gaudeamus Award, among others, and received the Berlin Art Prize in 2018.
