Choral music for confirmation
Confirmation marks the entry into adulthood. Martin Luther rejected the significance of confirmation as a sacrament because the rite was not documented in the Gospels. Confirmation in the Catholic Church is usually administered by the bishop and is intended to emphasize the close connection with the church, the renewal of the baptismal promise, and the strengthening in the Holy Spirit.
