Our relocation service for your carus music works

carus music, the Choir Coach, is cross-device usable since September 2021. With the browser-based app (web app), you can use your works on PC, MAC, iPad, iPhone and Android devices. The web app has replaced the native app carus music in both the App and Google Play Store as of 04/15/2023.

Have you already purchased works for carus music in the App or Google Play Store? We are happy to support you with our straightforward relocation service to ensure long-term access to your works! In this way, you secure the continued use of your carus music works free of charge:

For Android: open Google Play >> click on the account in the top right corner >> payments and subscriptions >> budget & history.                                            For Apple: open your “Settings“ >> click on your "Apple-ID" >> click on “View Account“ >> click on "Purchase Statistics" >> select the year in which you purchased carus music works >> you will now see the purchased works in chronological order >> create screenshots (see b described steps also in the screenvideo).

Redeem voucher
Please use our mail form to submit your receipts. Please name all works concerned and attach the screenshots of the proofs of purchase as mail attachments. Please register on https://carus-music.carus-verlag.com and provide us woth your username in the email form.
